We select brands based on three criteria:
- Quality and reliability
- How well the manufacturer stands behind its product
- Availability of replacement parts
Carrier
Carrier is a full service line that includes furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, air filters, and humidification systems. Willis Carrier was the inventor of modern central air conditioning way back in 1902, and the Carrier Company has been the leader in the furnace and air conditioning industry for almost 100 years.
We are proud to be a Carrier dealer since 1989. We are one of the largest dealers in the area, and we have a long and valued relationship with our local distributor.
Armstrong
For nearly a century, Armstrong has been a full product line company that is committed to continuous improvement, to improve their products. Armstrong is owned by Lennox International but operates as a separate entity.

As an Armstrong & AirEase dealer since 1995, we maintain an outstanding relationship with our local distributor, and we are constantly impressed by this company's consistent dedication to customer satisfaction. We are the largest Armstrong / AirEase dealer in the Madison area and one of the largest in Wisconsin.
Buderus
Buderus is the world's largest boiler manufacturer. Although they're based in Germany, our supplier is located in Milwaukee, and parts availability has always been first-rate. We deeply appreciate this line's careful attention to quality details and reliability. We have found that Buderus stands behind its product better than any other boiler company we know.
Williamson
Williamson hot water boilers are manufactured in Milwaukee. They are similar to many other American boiler lines, but are more competitively priced.
Dunkirk
Dunkirk is an American boiler company, offering a wide array of products including both gas and and oil fired boilers. We especially like their steam boilers.
Mitsubishi
Mitsubishi makes split-ductless air conditioners and heat pumps that are extremely efficient and quiet. We are a

than other dealers.
Aprilaire
Aprilaire's excellent humidifiers and air filters are manufactured right here in Madison by Hometown Company Research Products. We are pleased to support local business and we like the fact that replacement filters and water panels are readily available.
Therma-Stor
While Thermastor dehumidifiers just happen to be manufactured in Madison, they are used worldwide by flood damage remediation companies. Cheap big box store models cannot begin to compare to Thermastor dehumidifiers. Thermastor products have greater capacity, as well as superior energy efficiency and durability.
